POST

AUXILIARY

Our Post was established on April 8, 1954 and is one of Indiana’s largest VFW Posts. It is conveniently located just north of what used to be Fort Benjamin Harrison in beautiful Lawrence Township on the northeast side of Indianapolis, Indiana. We have an active Auxiliary that holds monthly meetings and holds a number of annual events that keep our post operational as well as benefit the local community.

THE VETERANS OF FOREIGN WARS

The Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) motto is “No One Does More For Veterans”. At Post 7119, we fully stand behind that. From day-to-day support of our veterans through our Canteen, to Post and Auxiliary functions, as well as our Community Activities and active support of the Roudebush Veterans Affairs (VA) Medical Center, we believe that vets come first – always. If you believe you qualify for membership in the VFW, please visit the National VFW website at https://www.vfw.org/.

The Veteran’s of Foreign Wars is a non-profit veterans service organization with members made up of eligible veterans and military service members from the active, guard and reserve forces.
